INPUT MANAGEMENT CERTIFIED IN LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

At the end of November 2023, the Omega Management & Leadership program cycle was successfully concluded at INPUT.  

The educational program commenced in October to enhance the company's management competencies and was conducted in collaboration with the strategic partner, Omega Consulting Team. The cycle is concluded with the certification of participants, managers in key positions within the company in management and resource leadership. 

As a modern system thriving in a dynamic market within an ever-evolving industry, INPUT fully knows that people are its most valuable asset. Investing in their development is critical for advancing business objectives. 

The training sessions and workshops encompassed the cultivation of managerial disciplines, prioritising competencies in people management. The amalgamation of theory and practical application, simulations for real-world scenarios, and nurturing leadership potential will contribute to team integration, synergy, effective communication, overall corporate culture, and the realisation of projects INPUT will undertake in the forthcoming period.
