INPUT PRESENTS NEW DIGITAL SOLUTIONS FOR RETAIL

INPUT, the regional leader in equipping retail and warehouse spaces, has introduced its latest digital solutions and a prototype of an autonomous store—innovations that are transforming the shopping experience and setting new standards in retail.

The event, titled "Ignite the Idea," brought together local and international industry experts to celebrate both innovation and INPUT's 15 years of successful business. From a family-owned company, INPUT has grown into a key regional partner in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Slovenia, delivering innovations aligned with global retail trends.

Among the 150 attendees were INPUT’s long-term partners—ITAB, Hisense, and Hanshow—along with key clients, market analysts, and independent experts. Special guests included Matthew Brown, a retail futurist, and Julia Dzhuba, an architect and consultant specializing in innovative retail spaces across Europe.

Guests had the opportunity to explore digital solutions designed to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Featured innovations included advanced checkout systems that optimize payment processes and reduce queues, electronic shelf labels (ESL) for real-time price updates, and digital displays for dynamic content and promotions. A key highlight was the prototype of an autonomous store, a fully automated shopping format operating without sales staff, powered by cutting-edge digital technologies.

With this event, INPUT reaffirms its role as a retail innovation leader in the region, maintaining a strong focus on enhancing business operations for its clients and modernizing the shopping experience for consumers.
